Some of my students have suggested that we make some watercolor landscapes for the annual auction this year to try and make some money for the school. I feel that this is a very good idea and that it would actually be possible to do this because we have a lot of art supplies and the students are very good at painting. I have organized a meeting with some of the parents and the teachers to try and make a plan so that we can get working on this project because the auction is only a few months away from happening.

The business I am in is booming and is completely out of control. If you thought the computer industry was tough try the telecommunications business.
When I am work, I am in the zone. I solve complex problems and work with very clever people who want nothing more than to live and work in a global communications industry 24/7. As for me, I don’t want to take it home!
Sure, I get to read my copy of Total Telecom Magazine in my coffee break, but it doesn’t mean that I read it when I am in the bath. It has to be Quantum & Semi Classical Optics then. Only kidding.
The point is that if you enjoy your work and you are still fascinated by the new challenges that face you every day, then you should probably try to leave it on the office desk. My life is very different when I get home and it is wonderful.

I have a child in high school who reads at an advanced level. He loves to read books but often complains about how much “extra” baggage books always seem to have. I introduced him to my secret weapon, the executive book summaries and he was in seventh heaven! He started reading these books and kept coming back to me for more! Betty was one of the counselors at the local drug and alcohol rehab clinic. In all honesty, there were many times that Betty felt like letting her hair down and getting drunk every once-in-a-while. My wife brought home a bottle of juice for me to drink and told me we were going to start having it all the time because she had heard on TV that it was good for us. I had never heard of the acai berry before that so decided to research why it was supposed to be so good. What I found is that it is an antioxidant and I know those are good for us. I also found that it rates somewhere in the mid level of antioxidants that are available to us. I actually did like the taste of the juice so I will continue to drink it.
