This is the last time I’m ever going to write about this topic. I’ve given the rest of you enough information to go out and do this on your own. Now it’s up to you.
If you want to make a ton of money doing real estate deals, and you don’t want to have to deal with banks and financial institutions, you need to find a small group of people to be your own private real estate money group.
Start asking around. There are people out there with money to lend who would rather loan it to you at a decent rate of return than put it into a CD or money market at a pittance. Take my word for it.
