If you have a choice between doing a trustee to trustee transfer of your retirement plan or a rollover IRA, a trustee to trustee transfer is much less of a headache.
With a trustee to trustee transfer, financial institutions work on your behalf to transfer your assets directly into a pre- set up IRA. You never come into contact with the money so the IRS cannot tax you or penalize you.
With a rollover IRA, you have 60 days to turn over the money and put into an IRA account. Otherwise, you will be taxed and penalized by the IRS.

The us patent office must figure out who had the conception of an invention first. To quote the US patent law, Conception is the "formation in the mind of the inventor, of a definite and permanent idea of the complete and operative invention, as it is hereafter to be applied in practice." Hybritech Inc. v. Monoclonal Antibodies, Inc., 802 F.2d 1367, 1376 (Fed. Cir. 1986) (quoting 1 Robinson On Patents 532 (1890)). This is what must be determined to find out who is the original inventor if two or more people apply for a patent for the same invention. I don’t know how they do it but it seems to work for patents are issued and denied based on the investigation to make the determination.

The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination, or otherwise know at the MPRE test, is not to be taken lightly. I always learned in college that if you are given multiple choice test that you are more likely to pass if you have studied only minimally. This is not the case with this exam. There are four answers for the question and there is only one correct one. They can be quite tricky questions so that you must absolutely have to study and be prepared. The test is only offered so few times during the year that it is in your best interest to study for it effectively the first time.

Simple Living includes birdwatching. I saw a hat that I LOVE. It is a baseball type cap. White. It says in dark forest green print: LIVE SIMPLY and then below it are three words: Eat. Sleep. Bird. And of course here they mean BIRD as a verb. An active word involving getting out there and looking for our feathered friends. I miss those days when I went birding everyday, somewhere. Now I do a lot more backyard birding than I ever imagined I would do at this time of my life. But I hold really special memories of outstanding bird trips.

I have a daughter who just came home from a summer job. She went to this conference that offered Apprenticeships and career guidance. During that conference she met a company that agreed to give her a job for the summer. She was so excited to go and knew that this would be the start of her professional life. Turns out she had an amazing time and they offered her a job once she graduates college. We could not be more excited for her, and wish her the best. We know that she will definitely make an impact there at the firm.
