Putting together an easy diet plan for you is one of the first steps necessary in achieving your weight loss goals. If your plan is not easy, it will be too difficult to remain consistent and follow your plan for the long term.

3. Next choose a healthy carbohydrate to go along with that protein. Remember that carbohydrates are not just breads, pasta and cereal. Healthier carb choices would be sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, and all fruits and vegetables.
4. And last make sure to include a small serving of a healthy fat at each meal. Use coconut oil and butter to cook, extra virgin olive oil for dressing, and avocados on your salad.
