Those in high risk of developing diabetes, lower back pain, and obesity can see much improvement through a vigorous and healthy workout program.  Exercising also helps you manage stress much more efficiently  

For the greatest overall health benefits, many experts suggest you do 15 to 30 minutes of aerobic type exercise several times a week.  Combine this with some type of weight lifting (to increase muscle strength) several times each week. You should do as much as you are capable of without over stressing your body, especially when you begin a program.
