Picking A Diet
When I decided that it was time to lose weight, I did a lot of research on the different types of diets. It is amazing how many people claim that they know the perfect way to lose weight, and yet there are hundreds of claims that involve different foods. Some people say to eat only low carb foods, and others say to eat only whole foods. Some say to cut out all fat, and some say to stop eating sugars. Lots of the diets tell you to eat what another diet says not to, and so forth. It is hard to decide what to do.
