Most beautiful homes are more expensive than regular homes. That means the Realtor selling the beautiful home will earn higher commission to sell it or to help you buy it so Realtors are all about selling and showing you beautiful homes if they think that you can afford it.
Mortgages are harder to get nowadays so less people can afford beautiful homes. A commission of 5% of the sales prices is common but sometimes you can negotiate a lower commission with the Realtor.
Realtors who want the commission will want to help you even for less money. Less money is still better than no money.
