My uncle is running a medium size information technology firm and nearly twenty persons were employed there. When a small expansion came he was forced to recruit two system administrators. When he conducted the interview, he saw lots of candidates with and without MCSA certificate. But not a single MCSA certificate holder was ready to accept the job because they were not interested in my uncle’s terms and conditions. As my uncle’s firm is a medium one, he could not meet the expected salary of a MCSA certificate holder. Then he decided to fill the two vacancies with persons having some experience as system administrator in some companies.
