Explanation of turbulence training.
The metabolism is basically the organic processes in the body that are necessary for life. These processes work on the factors of what our bodies do and what is digested in our bodies. The turbulence training helps to boost the metabolism by using a combination of resistance training and interval training so that the metabolism will burn fat and calories while you are not doing the exercises. Similar to taking headache medicine. You take the medicine and then some time later it starts to work. You do this training in the same way. You give your body the medicine which is the training and the metabolism starts to process the results.
