Joy of angling
angling is as much about living with and being part of the countryside as it is about catching fish. It is the only field sport that requires the voluntary cooperation of its quarry. Angling is provided in a range of urban, scenic and tourist areas. Some waters are near or in forests with hill walks nearby. Angling is a method of fishing, specifically the practice of catching fish by means of an "angle" (hook). The hook is usually attached by a line to a fishing rod, outfitted with a fishing reel that functions as a mechanism for storing, retrieving and paying out the line.
