What are the benefits of the Crestron Digital Media System
The Crestron Digital Media system takes any number of HDMI, component or PC inputs and distributes them to any number of rooms. A distribution hub takes all audio video sources and distributes them, over in-expensive Cat5e cabling (for shorter distances with Cat6 or Fibre catering for longer distances). Room receivers have been specially designed to mount in an electrical back box for a discreet install which can easily be mounted behind a Plasma or LCD screen. In addition to transmitting 1080p video and 7.1 surround sound the Crestron Digital Media System will send usb back to the control hub - great for PC and games console control.
