Which call center technology works the best?
We are thinking of replacing our call center equipment since it is getting quite old and there have been a lot of advances in the technology since we originally purchased it. Can anyone tell me which call center technology is the best? We really want to upgrade to something better that will make things easier for both the customers and the people manning the call center. I think we would like to get something with speech recognition software so that people didn’t have to push so many buttons to get where they want to go. But it would have to be very good.
