During the course of 4 weeks, participants will be given instruction in both handbuilding, throwing techniques, decoration of pottery and glazing techniques. By the end of 4 weeks participants should have completed a range of pottery pieces as well as the ability to complete pieces of pottery on the potter's wheel without assistance. Clay, tools,
and glazes will be provided. The course will be one class a week, with 2 hours of additional free studio time for practice at participants preferred time.
